Terms of service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These are the terms for websites built and hosted by Bargon Digital, based in Hartford, Connecticut. We've kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, call or text (203) 984-0262 or email bargondigital@gmail.com.
Free previews
We build a preview of your website for free. You don't owe anything unless you choose a plan. If you don't, we take the preview down.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, by card through Stripe.
- Prices are listed on our pricing section. If a price changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
- Special offers, like our founding client offer, apply as described when you sign up.
Cancelling
- There is no contract. Cancel any time by calling, texting or emailing us.
- Monthly plans: your website stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Yearly plans: cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After that, your website stays live until the end of the year you've paid for.
Your content and web address
- Your words, photos and logo belong to you. If you leave, we'll send you copies.
- If we registered a web address (like yourbusiness.com) for you, we'll transfer it to you for free if you leave.
- The website design and code are ours, and you may use them while your plan is active.
- You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us for your website.
Changes to your website
Small changes are things like new hours, prices, text or photos. Starter includes up to 2 a month, and Business and Pro include unlimited small changes. Bigger projects, like new pages or new features, may cost extra, and we'll always tell you the price first.
Things we can't put on a website
We won't publish anything illegal, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
Limits
We work hard to keep every website running, but we can't promise it will never go down. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Connecticut law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Connecticut.
